Affiliate Agreement
Affiliate Marketing in Pakistan Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) shall constitute an Agreement between you (“You” or “Affiliate”) and the Company, for the registration and appointment of the Affiliate to promote the Company’s services and products on its platforms. The Affiliate and the Company shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”.
The Affiliate must read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and provisions contained in this Agreement by clicking the “I Accept” button. By doing so, the Parties agree that clicking such a button will form a valid, effective, and legally binding agreement between them.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, superseding all prior oral and written commitments, understandings, and communications. The Company may, at its sole discretion, amend this Agreement from time to time and provide revised versions to the Affiliate in writing. The Affiliate’s continued performance of their obligations after the revised Agreement takes effect shall be deemed as consent to the revised terms.
WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in offering online products and services, and the Affiliate is willing and able to provide promotional services to boost traffic and sales on the Company’s platform, Tohfatime. The Company now appoints the Affiliate, and the Affiliate accepts such appointment, to promote the platform on the terms outlined in this Agreement.
